Chapter I - Visiting Users

Full browsing of the site, including searching and viewing information about tourist destinations and seasonal events, is completely free for any visitor, regardless of whether they are registered on the platform or not.
Free access is intended exclusively for browsing and viewing content. If you own a tourism-related business and want to list it on our platform to reach thousands of visitors, you must activate a monthly subscription with a fixed cost of $8,990 CLP.
As a visitor, you have access to a wide variety of features at no cost: browsing interactive maps, rating and commenting on listings (registration required), sharing content on social media such as Facebook, saving favorites, and personalized searches using filters by city, category, or business name, among other features available on the platform.


Chapter II - Payments and Subscriptions Platform

The subscription price is set at $8,990 per month, with automatic renewal at the end of each period. This price includes all current and future platform features; you will not incur additional costs for improvements or new features added as part of the service's ongoing development.
Our commitment is to keep an accessible rate, designed especially for entrepreneurs and small businesses looking for a low-cost digital alternative. However, the subscription price may be adjusted over time due to changes in the costs of third-party services, such as Google Maps, MercadoPago, or the technology infrastructure that powers the platform, such as AWS. Should this occur, any increase will only reflect the need to maintain the quality and continuity of the service.
If the subscription price changes, you will be notified in advance through the platform's official channels. Our commitment to transparency means that no price change will be applied without prior notice.
You can cancel your subscription at any time and without restrictions. If the cancellation is made before the end of the current monthly period, your listing will remain active until the corresponding expiration date. No prorated refunds will be issued for unused time in an already-billed period.


Chapter III - Limitation of Liability for Published Activities and Events

Turisters acts exclusively as a platform for disseminating tourism and promotional information. The platform has no direct connection to the businesses, services, events, activities, or establishments listed by subscriber users, and does not act as the organizer, owner, or representative of any of them.
Any decision to attend an event, visit a place, or hire a service listed on this platform is the sole responsibility of the visiting user. The information on the site is used voluntarily and at the sole discretion of whoever views it.
Turisters will not be liable for accidents, damages, losses, harm, personal injury, risk situations, or any other event that may arise, directly or indirectly, from attending the places, activities, or services promoted on the platform.
All users are advised to independently verify the safety, operating conditions, and legality of services before participating or attending. If in doubt, the most prudent course of action is to contact the relevant establishment or service provider directly.
